American Gift has been the world's leading wholesale supplier of gifts, souvenirs and resort merchandise for over 75 years. We service thousands of gift and souvenirs businesses across the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean, may of whom have been our clients for several years. We are seeking professionals for our Marketing and Sales division to work with both our existing clients and help us attract and activate new clients. Our Customer Service Representatives are entry-level positions and are initially office positions that deal with existing and new clients primarily on the phone and through email, with occasional face-to-face meetings at our offices and trade shows. Candidates must possess certain criteria:

Positive attitude and hunger to learn and develop new skills
Self-Starter- you take the initiative to get the job done and then some
Team Player- you like to work with, learn from, teach others and share in team accomplishments
Good Communication Skills - verbal and written English a must and Spanish is a plus
Customer Service Orientation - you have that "how can i assist you" attitude and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make customers happy
Computer-Friendly - accessing and inputting information

Other desirable criteria from our candidates would include:

Sales Experience - on the phone and/or in person
Customer Service Experience - on the phone and/or in person
Trade Show or Event Work experience
Experience traveling for business and/or availability for limited travel following training and development program.
